Service Description

🌲 Forest School Summer Camp Experience At our forest school camp, each day is filled with hands-on learning, outdoor adventure, and creative exploration. Children spend the majority of their time immersed in nature, guided by their curiosity and the rhythms of the natural environment. Some of the engaging experiences may include (but are not limited to): • Shelter Building – Construct simple, weather-resistant shelters using natural materials • Raft Building & Water Play – Design and float small rafts using logs, twine, and creativity • Tree Climbing & Risky Play – Build confidence, coordination, and resilience through safe, supervised challenges • Nature Art & Crafts – Create artwork using leaves, sticks, stones, and found objects • Hiking & Trail Exploration – Discover wildlife, plants, and forest paths through guided hikes • Map Reading & Navigation – Practice real-world skills like compass use and orienteering • Wildlife Tracking & Bug Hunts – Explore animal signs and mini-ecosystems • Mindful Moments in Nature – Storytelling, journaling, hammocks, and quiet reflection time Every day at camp is an opportunity for growth, discovery, confidence-building, and joy in the great outdoors. 📅 Camp Schedule Weekly sessions run throughout the summer (excluding holiday closures). Camp Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM 📍 Location Cole Harbour 👧 Age Group Ages 4 – 7 👥 Group Size 18 children per group maximum 🎒 What to Bring • Packed lunch, snacks, and full water bottle • Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing (long sleeves and pants recommended) • Extra change of clothes • Hat, sunscreen, and bug spray 💸 Discounts Multi-week, sibling, and special discounts are available at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund up until 2 weeks prior to the registered start date (minus a $50 administration fee). No refunds within 2 weeks of the registered start date. Full refund if camp is cancelled due to low registration. No refunds for cancellations or early closures due to extreme weather conditions, including thunderstorms, winds over 40 km/h (or gusts over 70 km/h), temperatures of -20°C or below (including windchill), or temperatures of 35°C or above.
