I give permission for my child to participate in outdoor activities, including hiking, shelter building, and supervised tool use*

In the event of an emergency, I authorize camp staff to perform appropriate medical help or seek medical attention for my child.*

I agree to send my child with weather-appropriate clothing, lunch, snacks, and water each day. I understand that if my child is not adequately prepared, I may be asked to pick them up early.*

I have read and agree to the waiver and release of liability.

I am the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and understand that outdoor programs involve inherent risks such as weather, terrain, and wildlife. I give permission for my child to participate in all activities at TideView Nature School and release the staff and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages. I confirm my child is fit to participate and authorize emergency medical treatment if needed*
